Adult Ministries

Our aim is to cater to as many interests and needs as we can, providing specialized events for both men and women, alongside gatherings and activities open to all adults. Explore a selection of these events below, or click the link to view our full calendar!
DMA - Seniors (50 and Over)

We are proud to invite you to attend DMA (Don’t Mention Age), our ministry designed for those who enjoy food, programs of varying kinds (inspirational, musical, even just some fun!), and good Christian fellowship. This group meets in the church gym on the second Thursday of each month starting in April each year and continuing through December. We meet at 12:00pm to share a pot luck lunch and usually part around 2:00pm. A free will offering is taken. This program is one of many that we offer to strengthen Christian fellowship and to reach people of all ages and interests. We cordially invite you to come (no prior notice needed) and enjoy the afternoon.

Men

Our men’s ministry is active through out the year. This includes a Men’s Fellowship Breakfast which provides an opportunity for men to meet every other month for a time of fellowship and a challenge from God’s Word or our Strong Men’s breakfast every Thursday at 7:00am. We also attend conference’s when possible, and participate in the Skyview Men’s Retreat every spring. Other activities may include attending youth events in support of their activities, prayer meetings, and projects of construction when there is a need. If you would like to know more about our men’s ministry please contact Georgia Reish in the office.

Women
Women

The Women’s ministry of West Hill Baptist Church exists to be an instrument of unity, growth, and service to women of all ages. The faithful use of Scripture, Prayer, Study and meaningful activities are used through Bi-annual Bible Studies in spring and fall, attending Ladies’ retreats and Conferences, and providing Bridal and Baby showers for women of our church. We strive to keep balance between being ministered to and ministering to others.

1 Peter 4:10 “As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”
